Step 1: Your certified marriage certificate
Order 3–5 certified copies from the County Probate Court (marriage records are NOT held by the Ohio Department of Health's Bureau of Vital Statistics; they are recorded and issued only by the probate court in the Ohio county where the marriage license was obtained). Photocopies aren't accepted.
