Marriage certificate

Clerk of the Superior Court in the Arizona county where the marriage license was issued (Arizona marriage records are kept at the county level, not by the state Dept. of Health Services Bureau of Vital Records, which handles only birth/death records)

Voter deadline

Must register or update voter registration (including a name change) by 11:59 PM on the 29th day before an election; if the 29th day falls on a weekend/holiday, the deadline extends to the next business day. Mailed forms must be postmarked at least 29 days before the election.
