What Allstate says on its own site about changing your name, checked September 2026. Its page controls if anything differs.
How Allstate says to do it
- Online: Its policy FAQ says to log in to My Account, select the policy you want to update and select Edit. Changing name is on its list of changes you can request. The FAQ sits with its auto insurance questions, and it does not say which other policy types this covers.
